Vegetarian Wellingtons



These pastry clad pocket rockets are big on flavour and chock full of veggies.

Bake at 200degC until pastry is golden.

Keep refrigerated below 5 degC.

INGREDIENTS: Roasted sweet potato, red capsicum, red onion, mushroom duxelle, garlic, fresh rosemary, olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, puff pastry (wheat flour, butter).
