Vegetable Lasagne



Just like our famous family lasagne only vegetarian! It’s meaty but without the meat. Our lentil Bolognese performs like an absolute champion here, holding the lasagne together perfectly and ensuring no one is hungry.

Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil at 170degC, remove cover after 20 minutes for a crispy top. Stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 adults.

Keep refrigerated below 5 degC.

INGREDIENTS: Brown lentils, brown onion, garlic, carrot, celery, button mushrooms, passata, fresh parsley, tomato paste, salt, pepper, milk, butter, flour, nutmeg, white pepper, pasta sheets (egg, wheat flour), Parmesan, mozzarella.
