Pork Vindaloo



The sweet hum of chilli and spices makes our Pork Vindaloo an absolute winner. Heat on the stove for 10 minutes until warmed through. Serve with rice, naan or roti. Keep refrigerated below 5 degC.

INGREDIENTS: Diced pork shoulder, onion, tomato, capsicum, chilli, fresh coriander, cardamom, red wine vinegar, fresh ginger, brown sugar, ground cumin, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, cloves, chicken stock, salt, pepper.
