Mustard and Thyme Butterflied Chicken



Our famous butterflied free-range chicken from our Ben the Butcher days marinated in fresh ingredients. Oven roast at 180degC for about an hour or on a hooded BBQ for the best caramelisation. Serve with a simple salad and roasties.

INGREDIENTS: Whole Hazeldene’s Chicken, seeded mustard, garlic, fresh thyme, red chilli, lemon juice and zest.
