Mediterranean Veg Bake



This hearty vegetarian dish takes all the flavours of the Mediterranean and blasts them into this delicious creation. Perfect to enjoy as a side or main.

INGREDIENTS: Eggplant, potato, fresh rosemary, caramelised onions, spinach, semi-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, tomato, celery, carrot, garlic, salt & pepper, milk, butter, parmesan, mozzarella and flour.

WEIGHT: 1.5kg

Heat in oven 45 minutes at 180degC until top is golden. Keep Refrigerated below 5degC.
