Jerk Chicken



Just the right amount of heat and all the spices makes our version of Jerk Chicken one you’ll keep coming back for. Cook on the BBQ for the best caramelisation and serve with a crunchy salad. Keep refrigerated below 5degC.

INGREDIENTS: Allspice, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, nutmeg, cracked pepper, cayenne pepper, chilli, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, canola oil, fresh thyme.
