A hearty creation of Bolognese and béchamel sauces, fresh pasta sheets and cheese. Cook for 1 hour covered with foil at 170degC, remove cover after 40 minutes for a crispy top. Stand for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 adults. Keep refrigerated below 5 degC.
